The Freedom of Virgin Islands Yacht Charter Apr 30

The beauty and freedom Virgin Islands Yacht Charter is unparalleled. The water is crystal clear with gentle tropical winds and sunshine. Choosing the right charter is key to an enjoyable vacation.

Most reputable charter companies typically require evidence that the skipper has previous charter experience or is a boat owner of a similar size yacht. Operating a yacht generally needs at least a skipper and one competent crew member.

A bare boat charter yacht handover (yacht orientation) will usually take about an hour. You should be as familiar with the vessel as possible before leaving the dock. The skipper and at least one other member of the crew will be shown the location and how to use and do minor repairs of the yacht’s basic equipment.

Great Bareboat Charter Florida Keys

Bare boat charter Florida Keys wants to insure that all their yacht rentals (Sailboat, Catamaran, and Motor Yachts) are in top sailing condition they realize that is key to a successful holiday experience. The charter company knows their boats, their owners, managers, and captains. They represent private yacht owners that they trust to provide their clients with a quality yacht and friendly, reliable service.

Caribbean Yacht Charters

Caribbean yacht charters is equally as beautiful as the Virgin Islands or Florida Keys. The Caribbean bare boat charters is the home to the world’s largest bare boat charter fleet. Some of the finest sail and power boats available for weekly holiday rentals are moored there.

There are many different luxury charter companies but finding that one that goes above and beyond is sometimes difficult. However, whether taking a trip to the Virgin Islands, the Florida Keys, or Bare Boat Charter Caribbean, you never have to guess. You know that every trip will be something special and unforgettable, providing you with a lifetime memory to cherish.

Bare boat charter companies are dedicated to providing their clients with the most detailed information for Caribbean bareboat and crewed charters in the British Virgin Islands. In addition to looking over the extensive specs on each yacht other questions you should ask are: What’s included in the charter and will there be additional costs? What to pack for a Caribbean sailing vacation; and what about booking flights to the Caribbean?

Since there are so many different options, you need to know what you hope to get out of the vacation experience, which will help you choose the yacht but also the destination.

Go on a Repositioning Cruise and Get a Cheap Fare Apr 29

Of all the ways to find discount cruises, one of the very best is to book your ticket on a repositioning cruise. A repositioning cruise generally sails in either the fall or the spring, during which time the cruise companies are moving their boats from Alaska to the Caribbean or vice versa.  These just happen to be, in my opinion, the best time to cruise Alaska anyway.

Instead of moving these cruise boats empty between the two regions, destinations, the cruise companies carry passengers on these repositioning voyages at what often amounts to a huge savings over regular in-season Alaskan cruise pricing.

Repositioning cruises can be both long and short, ranging from three day routes between California and Vancouver or Seattle to far longer Trans Pacific trips.

The longer types of cruises that include ocean crossings often stop at few ports, but this gives ship passengers an excellent chance to partake in all the modern entertainment on board the ship when it is not very crowded.

Of course, it is easy to spend a lot of money in the ship’s bars and casino during a long cruise, so you might want to keep track of your tab along the way to avoid any unexpected and aggravating surprises when you get your final bill after the cruise ends.

Another thing you really should consider when you are contemplating taking a repositioning type cruise is how much the plane tickets will cost getting you there and back.

Because these repositioning cruise routes begin and end in totally different ports, often far apart, you’ll need to buy a split fare airline ticket in all likelihood, and this can really drive up the cost of your trip.

But if the airfare is reasonably priced, a repositioning cruise can be a great way to cruise to new places while having the time to thoroughly enjoy the facilities and amenities of a modern cruise ship - all at a great bargain. You simply cannot beat that type of bargain.  The cost alone make these routes among the best Alaskan cruises of all.

Low Cost Alaska Cruise Deals: How to Save Huge Apr 28

Discount Alaska cruises used to be much easier to come by. Now, such bargains are getting harder and harder to find, with demand for Alaska cruises going through the roof.

So how can you save money on your cruise? Is it even possible to visit Alaska on a budget any more? The answer is a resounding YES! You can still find great Alaska cruise deals — if you know when and where to look.

Many people assume that the best way to find discount Alaska cruises is to wait until the last minute. But while this method used to work reasonably well (and still works very well for Caribbean cruises, due to the larger number of ships in that region), it is no longer a very effective strategy for Alaskan cruises.

Alaskan ships often sell out far in advance for the months of July and August. Despite their higher cost, balcony rooms tend to be the first to sell out, especially on Holland America cruises. So if you are set on booking a balcony room in either July or August, your best bet is to book well in advance. (Alaska cruises can be booked up to 18 months ahead of their sale date.)

Of course, if you are more flexible about your sail date and/or your room category, you increase your likelihood of finding some great Alaska cruise deals.

The best months for deals are May and September, the beginning and end of the Alaska cruise season. The lowest priced Alaska cruise fares of all can be found in the very first week of the month of May, at the very start of the Alaska cruise season, when fares can be half the price of mid-summer fares.

Of course you can also save by booking a lower priced room category. Cabins located on the interior of the boat are as much as 50% to 70% less than those located on the outside of the ship. Inside rooms have no windows and can be a little smaller than ocean view rooms, but they can be a wonderful bargain, especially since many people spend so little times in their rooms anyway.

Inside rooms are definitely not for claustrophobes. Nonetheless, you can still find a great Alaskan cruise deal on an outside room. A fair number of rooms on the outside have obstructed views and are therefore labeled as such, frequently on account of a support pole or lifeboat that is blocking all or part of the field of view. These obstructed view cabins are often quite a bit cheaper than regular ocean view rooms. In fact, obstructed view cabins can be as almost as cheap as inside rooms, yet they have windows that admit sunlight and can help ease claustrophobia.

So there are still a number of ways to find discount Alaska cruises. Remember, even with rising prices, cruises still represent an incredible bargain. For less than the price of a nice hotel, they include food, entertainment, transportation, and, in Alaska, glacier viewing too.
