Lee House – New Bed and Breakfast, Pensacola Florida

The commercial interior design company, Defined Interiors, Inc. www.definedinteriors.com, will be donating its time and services to aid the rebuilding effort for an important landmark in Pensacola, Florida. The Lee House has been an important part of the neighborhood since it was built in 1866 and is now being rebuilt as a bed and breakfast.

Navarre, Florida (IPRWIRE) Wednesday, November 26, 2008 – Molly Riley, owner of commercial interior design company Defined Interiors, is lending her support for the second year in a row to the Pensacola Symphony and Guild. For the 2008 Wayne-Dalton Designer’s Show House Fundraiser she will be lending her designs and furnishing two rooms in the Lee House, a newly rebuilt landmark in the area.

The Lee House was originally built in 1866 and was moved to its current location in the 1960s. Since then it has suffered serious damage in both a fire in 2001 and Hurricane Ivan a few years later. The Lee House has been lovingly rebuilt by a local couple, Pat and Norma Murray. It is now a bed and breakfast that will allow many people, both local and visitors, to relive the warm history that it represents.

The scheduled grand reopening of the Lee House is Dec. 5th, 2008. From this day on through the 21st there will be tours of the building from 10 am to 4 pm Monday through Saturday. On Sundays tours will be from 1 to 4 pm.
